My diverse background spanning 30+ years in business, media, higher education, start-ups, and public service provides the depth and breadth of experience that leaders appreciate.
For 12 years, I served as a board member for a $6.2 billion enterprise, the University of Colorado System (Colorado's third largest employer). During my tenure, I served as Vice-Chair of the Board and Chair of the Budget, Strategic Planning, Capital Construction, and Audit committees.
Before beginning my coaching practice, I left serving as Vice President of Marketing, Communication, and Strategy for a $1 billion business unit with 5,000 employees in 10 countries for Jacobs, a Fortune 500 company.
